By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, I agree to:

• Black Insure's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and E-Consent Agreement.
• Receive important notices, and other communications electronically.
• Provide express written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for Black Insure Inc., to send my information to partners on my behalf and I authorize Black Insure and these partners to perform a soft credit pull to obtain consumer reports and related information about me from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. I understand this will not affect my credit score, though if I choose a product and continue my application at a lending partners' website, they will request my full credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies, which is considered a hard credit pull and may affect my credit.
• Authorize Black Insure partners calling on behalf of Black Insure, or an authorized third party on their behalf to call me (including through automated means; e.g. autodialing, artificial or pre-recorded voice messaging, or text message) via telephone, mobile device (including SMS and MMS, charges may apply) and/or email, even if my telephone number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, state, federal, or national Do-Not-Call (DNC) list.
• I understand my consent is not required as a condition to purchasing any goods or services from anyone.
